Participants can enter in the category they are good at (single or multiple). The winner of each category will receive a prize. ⚫︎Entry categories ①Back Lever category (Prize: 10,000 yen) ② Human Flag category (Prize: 10,000 yen) ③ Front Lever category (Prize: 10,000 yen) ④ Planche category (Prize: 10,000 yen) ⑤ Overall category (Prize: 50,000 yen) The total points of all records ①to ④ will be competed for. ⚫︎Evaluation and Judging All techniques are performed with the whole body horizontal, in the form that puts the most strain on the body (extending elbows, etc.) The number of seconds for each athlete will be measured based on these criteria. If the horizontal posture and form are lost due to fatigue during the trial, the time will be measured, but points will be deducted.
